What MARIN did

Dear MADe, thank you for improving the Dutch wording of my edits in the SWATH article on 17 December. However, it seems that now the article is saying that MARIN developed (ontwikkeld) this type of hull shape. This is not correct. MARIN researched this hull shape - which was developed in the late 1930's (see the EN article on SWATH). This research at MARIN contributed to the building of MV Duplus, the world's first SWATH vessel. Could you please correct? I do not feel sufficiently secure in the Dutch language... It has been changed into: "In de jaren 1960 werd door het Maritiem Research Instituut Nederland verder onderzoek gedaan naar deze rompvorm". Onderzoek = research. So it should be correct now. Greetings, Scarafax -  5 jan 2012 08:12 (CET)
