Pietro Ingrao (March 30, 1915 – September 27, 2015) was an Italian politician, journalist and former partisan. He had been, for many years, a senior figure in the Italian Communist Party (PCI).[1] He served as President of the Chamber of Deputies from June 5, 1976 to July 19, 1979.
Ingrao was born in Lenola, Italy. He died on September 27, 2015 at the age of 100 in Rome.[2]
