Ptocasius strupifer is a species of jumping spider.[1] It is found in China and Vietnam.[1] It has also been found in Rajasthan, India.[2]
In comparison to other species of jumping spiders, such as Plexippus paykulli, Ptocasius strupifer is considered to be on the smaller side size wise seeing as it is also smaller than Hasarius adansoni, which is also another species of jumping spider. [3]
Ptocasius strupifer because of its small size is often a prey to other large spices of jumping spiders such as Hasarius adansoni.[4]
