Rachid Mekhloufi (12 August 1936 – 8 November 2024) was an Algerian footballer who played as a striker. He made ten appearances for the Algeria national football team from 1963 to 1969. He later coached and managed the national team from 1971 to 1979.

Mekhloufi died in Algiers, Algeria on 8 November 2024 at the age of 88.
