The Saigon Paragon is a commercial complex building for shopping centre and offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It is located at 3 Nguyễn Lương Bằng Street, Tân Phú Ward, District 7, in the International Commercial & Financial District (Khu Thương mại và Tài chính Quốc tế) of Phú Mỹ Hưng urban area. It was originally established through a collaboration between two corporations, Khaisilk and Thủy Lộc.[1] The tower has 10 floors (the 1st floor is marked as Ground floor) with 2 underground floors. The lower floors (G to 4) are home to various luxury retail stores, while the upper floors (6 to 9) are used for office space. A food court and supermarket are located in the basement, and a Cineplex theatre is located on the 5th floor.[2] In the period of 2011 and 2016, the building was named Parkson Paragon, as Parkson operated the shopping centre of the building and change its name.[3]
