Seni bina Jepun (日本建築, Nihon kenchiku) telah dicirikan oleh struktur kayu, ditinggikan sedikit dari tanah, berbumbung genting atau jerami. Pintu gelangsar (fusuma) dan sesekat tradisional lain telah digunakan menggantikan dinding, membenarkan tatabentuk ruang dalaman tersuai untuk masa yang berbeza. Orang biasanya duduk di atas kusyen atau tidak di lantai mengikut tradisi; kerusi dan meja tinggi dahulu tidak diguna meluas hingga abad ke-20. Sejak abad ke-19, namun, Jepun telah menggunakan kebanyakan seni bina Barat, moden, dan pascamoden ke dalam pembinaan dan reka bentuk dan kini memimpini reka bentuk dan teknologi seni bina canggih.
