Skhira

Skhira (Arabic: سخيرا‎) is a coastal toun in central-eastren Tunisie. It is locatit at aroond 34°18′2″N 10°4′15″E. It lies on the coast o the Gulf o Gabes. It haes a muckle ile terminal for pipelines comin frae the Tunisian an Algerian ilefields. The auld veelage grew in the late nineteent century as the centre o the export trade in esparto grass, uised in the manufactur o paper.
