And russian wikipedia says B-8V20 20 round pod's weight 123 kg at empty. It's ammunition weight per round up to 16.7 kg. And added some link that includes real Mi-24 armed with 2 R-60 AIM on wing tip of left side. Also link includes picture that 2 B-8V20 pods on right side of Mi-24.

Stub wing capacity is 2,500 kg and russians claimed 2,000 - 2,400, some russian claimed 2,500. 4 inner pylons can carry 500 each. 4 × 450 litre drop tanks or 4 × 235 kg 230 mm single rockets or 264 - 445 kg rocket pods or 4 × FAB-500 500 kg bombs.
