It's normality/commonality is irrelevant. The fact that forced induction introduces the engine to greater than NATURAL atmospheric pressures is the differentiating factor. Therefore, "normally aspirated" is technically so ambiguous as to be meaningless. The correct designation is "Naturally-Aspirated" to indicate induction my natural atmospheric pressure.
