TATA结合蛋白质(英語:TATA-binding protein,TBP)是一种通用转录因子,具体结合于DNA序列上的TATA盒。TATA盒位于真核基因的转录起始位点上游约25个bp,属于啟動子区[6]。TBP可以和各个TBP相关因子共同组成通用转录因子TFIID,再进一步组成RNA聚合酶Ⅱ的转录起始复合物[7]。
