Proposed merge with Transavantgarde
[edit]Movement/phrase mainly associated with this one critic. Not sure if enough sources exist to support GNG, but it can incubate in the parent article and split out summary-style if necessary. czar ♔ 23:07, 6 October 2013 (UTC)
Counterargument to merge
[edit]More than one art movement have been named/championed by a single critic (Abstract Expressionism and Greenberg, to cite the most famous example) and the term, transavanguardia (preferred to the English version transavantgarde) is definitely still in currency to describe this particular Italian substream of neo-expressionism. Though this page is still stubby and needs some meat, it absolutely deserves it's own page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:C5B4:D360:C532:AD35:49FE:A8B9 (talk) 04:16, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
- Dedicated pages require significant coverage in multiple reliable, independent sources. (?) Do you have such source material? czar ⨹ 13:32, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
