Misidentification/Misattribution
[edit]Hello-
I'm a bit new to editing, so please forgive any formatting or procedural faux pas. It looks like there may have been some mistaken conflation of Blanche Scott, the aviatrix, and Betty Scott (1883-1955), an actress and film writer who was born in NYC and died in Los Angeles. I am pretty sure they're not the same person. [1] [2]. The section on "Screenwriting and Museum Work" on Blanche Scott's page may need review and revision to examine the sources and see if Blanche did, indeed, do screenwriting work in California.
