In July 2008 Chris agreed to take on a project with former Navy SEAL Curt Campbell. Curt had recorded 4 albums previous to meeting Chris. Several song development sessions took place between Curt and Chris during July 2008. Within a month of their first encounter Chris Pinnick along with Chet McCracken (Drums), Scotty Manzo (Bass) and Curt Campbell (Vocals, Harmonica) laid down tracks for the album "Living The Music" at Glenwood Studios in Burbank. Larold Rebhun was the tracking engineer. Albert Wing (Tenor Sax), John Pappenbrook (Trumpet), Eric Jorgenson (Trombone), Mike Finnigan (B3 Hammond) and Ben Peeler (Pedal Steel) all contributed to this album. Marie Digby sings backup on the track "Something More". Curt says: "I could not have produced an album of this quality without Chris Pinnick" not only does he deserve all the credit, he is undoubtedly the greatest guitar player I have ever known and the greatest rock/blues and jazz guitar player in the world and probably the Universe...I would venture to say that I am not the only one who believes this to be true... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Curtis Paul Campbell (talkcontribs) 06:09, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
