Does the movie "The Carpa Follies" really exist?

I checked for the entry of 1949 "The Carpa Follies" in Dick Powell's filmography but could not find any source that confirmed that this movie really exists. Whatever happened to WP:SOFIXIT

I think it's kind of sad...the number of citation needed maintenance templates that have gotten added to this article over the years. Just found one from OCTOBER 2013 about Powell's leading man status, but the other dates are June 2022, January 2023, March 2023, and February 2024. So, am going to do the job of fixing & individually removing all eight of these templates and gee it is so hard. One down from the previous nine, 8 more to go.
