Name translation

[edit]

Drolta's first name in Japanese "ドロテア" translates directly to "Dorothea." If anyone can translate her last name "ツェンテス" I'd be very thankful. I've tried and failed miserably. Guermantes 03:44, 17 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

How is it different in the us and jap games to show that you are fighting her and not dracula? Buzda 05:52, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Japanese guide says it's Drolta. I don't have a scan, but all the Japanese websites I've seen confirm it. One example: [1] Guermantes 06:02, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry if this sounds stupid, but how do we know that's not supposed to be her in the US version? Buzda 08:31, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
No, that's an interesting idea! I've taken it for granted because no US website seems to know that she was a boss. However, she is described in the US manual as an amateur who accidentally brings Eliza back to life. A strange way to describe someone who's going to be the penultimate boss, no? I'm not sure if there's even a Bloodlines/New Generation guide that we could look at to make sure Drolta was never given her due. Guermantes 14:49, 21 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
