[edit]make elispot the article name and redirect fluorospot to elispot
assay should be added to assay main article and not here
introduction should start w/ elispot and focus on elispot, not assay in general - please keep it to bare minimum
fluorospot should be a subsection

Joshua Rodriguez's Peer Review
[edit]Suggestions:
- Briefly rehash what an "analyte" is in the introductory section; it's on the Assay page, but it might be better to include a word or two that links "a substance, such as a drug, protein, or toxin" to the phrase "analyte" (since the word "analyte is used two sentences after)
- Maybe make the main topic ELISpot assay and make FluoroSpot Assay a subtopic?
- Add links to related topics that are mentioned (at the locations they are mentioned in the article), including:
- ELISA
- Cytokine
- Monoclonal antibody
- Polyclonal antibodies
- Antibody
- Epitope
- Biotinylation
- Streptavidin
- Stereo microscope for when you mention "dissection microscope"?
- Maybe merge "What are Assays" and "Assays and Immunostaining" sections into a background section? Not sure about this, though
- Maybe elaborate a little from what wells you are referring to when you write "Throughout the ELISpot Assay technique, different substances are added to and washed away from wells"; it makes sense that you are probably referring to wells in a sort of plate that is used to carry out this assay, but it might be nice to explicitly say that for people who don't know much about biology and tools that are used
- There is a typo in number 4 of "How ELISpot Assay Works": cytonine -> cytokine?
- Not sure in what sense conjugate is being used in number 5 of "How ELISpot Assay Works"; maybe there is an existing link to this usage of this word in Wikipedia that you can link to?
