Sources

The current version of the article is in dire need of sources. Much of the recent expansion is based on a presentation by a reputable historian and an expert on the subject matter, but prints of PowerPoint slides definitely do not count as sources… Chino (talk) 16:22, 1 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
