Note on birthplace

Regarding the discrepancy between where sources say Madison was born: Rockingham County didn't yet exist; it was later carved out of the vast expanse of Augusta County. Presumably he was born in that part of Augusta that became Rockingham. —Kevin Myers 22:29, 25 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
