The primary thing here is lead expansion. More should be mentioned upfront about his dissent and other parliamentary activities.

Added "In the 2000s he formed his own party, the Union Congolaise pour la Liberté. Though officially allied with President Joseph Kabila in Parliament through a coalition, Lokondo has frequently contradicted the bloc's positions in favor of his own party's stances."

"He earned a degree in political science with a focus in international relations from the Université libre de Bruxelles." Poli-sci can be wikilinked

" Lokondo then worked in the Congolese government's intelligence services in Uvira." Is there an article for the Congolese MI6 equivalent?
