expansion of the article
[edit]While the article currently has little in it, and focuses on his position at Hong Kong U, the subject seems to be widely known for other things, especially as a Myanmar (Burma) expert. He is the author of several books on Myanmar (and a couple of other usbjects) and editor of several books. He has been quoted as a Myanmar/Burma expert across 4 continents and across 4 decades. I don't normally edit this kind of article, and I really don't want to start, but I've made a feeble attempt. Here are some sources that could be useful: [1], [2], Rethinking the United States Myanmar Policy from "Asian Survey" (I haven't found a great link to that yet, it's very widely quoted), a book search such as this could help as well. One thing I've noted while researching is that his book titles frequently come up in the bibliographies of other books, articles, and journals. Don't waste your time searching on Hong Kong U, use the search terms Burma or Myanmar instead.Jacona (talk) 13:14, 27 March 2022 (UTC)
