Contestable sections have been deleted / rewritten / references have been made more explicit with 'reference sub-title' used. This institute should be referenced in Wikipedia as the Italian equivalent of the French Alliance Francaise, the Spanish Cervantes Institute, the British Council and the German Goethe Institute. The 'Istituto Italiano di Cultura' can be extensively referenced in many major world cities using Google.
