This is a very long article. I have tried splitting it up into
- List of rulers of countries and
- List of rulers of non-independent states-- Barliner talk 15:41, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
Perhaps (?) it would be better to name them :
- 1. List of national rulers
- 2. List of the main local rulers

Some not rulers

Minor HTML error
[change source]I'm looking at the HTML for this page as rendered. I copied it into an editor and asked it to re-indent and noticed that there's a missing </div> in the Bosnia and Herzegovina section.
