Ryder cup

The associated press mentioned in the reference I added about possibility of Ryder cup selection. Can you give an explanation why you removed it User:Jimmymci234? @NICHOLAS NEEDLEHAM: Apologies, I forgot to put a note in the edit summary. I removed because it's speculative considering no official announcements regarding team selections have been confirmed. If he's picked next week it will be included of course, but it seems notable that he's even in consideration just two months after turning professional. If he's not picked the article would still record the fact that he was in consideration. If the associated press think this is relevant, why wouldn't it be relevant enough to warrant a line in Aberg's Wikipedia article too? If it is still being mentioned in a few years time and can therefore be verified through secondary sources, then it might be worth including. This is about a sport, all of this is temporary, there will be no news reports in 5 years' time talking about how Ludvig Aberg finished 4th at the John deere classic. It's one line in a Wikipedia article covering something which is discussed by reliable sources, and which provides context to the reader about his results. Reliable sources reporting Aberg as being in consideration for the Ryder cup despite only being a professional for 2 months is something that "actually happened". Which Wikipedia policy says that reliably-sourced commentary about a subject cannot be included in an article? Why do we need to write every paragraph in a career section of a sports biography in the format of "On [a], [b] played in [c] tournament and finished in [d] place", without providing context which sources provide about the significance of these results?
