The Chastity Belt

I'm not a devoted fan, but I heard somewhere that the belt was fitted to her by her handlers in Russian Intelligence to keep her from getting distracted by relationships(but given the way she toys with Brock it is obviously Not Working) and she can't take it off. I guess because the people who could get it off her disappeared during the collapse.
