We say in the biography of early editor W.E. Henley, section Publishing career: "In 1889 Henley became editor of the Scots Observer, an Edinburgh journal of the arts and current events. After its headquarters were transferred to London in 1891, it became the National Observer and remained under Henley's editorship until 1893."
--which contradicts this stub in two or more ways. (I'll check my university library subscription to historical newspapers and periodicals c.1890, but likely have time for no more until late August.) --P64 (talk) 18:54, 6 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
How often did it appear? It is does not appear in the list of defunct British newspapers as daily, thrice-weekly, or weekly; was it biweekly? or what? J S Ayer (talk) 03:51, 30 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
