Prose quality:

After playing 13 games with the Toledo Mud Hens in 1998, Bako was called up to the Detroit Tigers. I thought he was on the Reds? How'd he join the Tigers organization?
and he was part of Houston's roster for the 1997 National League Division Series, but did not play. After the season, the Tigers traded Bako to the Houston Astros in a seven-player deal that included Brad Ausmus. This is confusing since it says he was inactive for the Astros playoff team but was traded after the season. Please clarify this.
Bako returned to the majors with the Kansas City Royals. As a free agent, I'd assume.
