Deleted

I see that this article has been deleted before, but I don't know of any way to see the deleted version so I can't verify this new version I created is substantially different. I did include a plethora of references, and some good evidence of the subject's notability. Since the subject does seem notable, for now I have to assume that the old article was deleted not because the subject wasn't notable, but because the old article failed to demonstrate the notability properly.
