? Does anyone know where we can their Commonwealth Games 2006 commentary? Everything else seems boring by comparison. --Richard@lbrc.org 20:07, 19 March 2006 (UTC) yeah, i do. 220.239.27.168 (talk) 11:24, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
Published works
[edit]I intend to add a new subsection (including an infobox, if possible) listing their (though some were published by HG alone) published works (i.e. books, e.g. 'It's yours for a sawn-off: Samaranch's Sydney', the ABC cassette compilations, e.g. 'Tool Talk and Wise Cracks', and the DVDs). (Would it look too much like sales advertising to have a reference link to the abc shop website's page for HG's new book?)
Also, does anyone know if podcasts count as published works? (I guess looking up the wiki for podcasts might help.)

Comedian Infobox (influences, etc)
[edit]I'm working on a Comedian infobox for this article. There is space in said infobox for 'Influences' (e.g. Rex Mossop, John Laws, Alan Jones) and 'Influenced' (the only one I've thought of so far is Scott Dooley, but there are probably others. Maybe Dave Hughes, though it isn't necessarily reflected strongly in his style...) Any help will be greatly appreciated.--Tyranny Sue (talk) 02:33, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
Proposed additional sentence to be added at end of first paragraph
[edit]"Having spent more than twenty years both entertaining and sending up Australians and their culture, particularly its obsession with sports, Roy and HG contributed to shaping a post-colonial Australian sense of identity, and because of this are regarded by many as Australian cultural icons." Any helpful feedback will be gratefully appreciated.--Tyranny Sue (talk) 09:53, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
