Anyone wanna add on? I'm not really that experienced with S&M (Never done it, only seen it)

Yeah, this page needs work

I've tried to clean things up a bit:
  • I disagree that the described bondage position is typical of this type of roleplay, and the bondage article does a much better job. There may be many types of bondage used, or often none at all. Indeed, I wouldn't describe a bondage scene as Slave/Master at all, I associate the latter more with following rules and orders, or adopting certain positions, though there may be some restrictive bondage applied.
  • Added some more reasons for this type of play - it's not always about begging to get what the "slave" wants.
  • "The sexual desires that the 'slave' wish for from the 'master' supposesdly raises their hormone levels, making it easier to orgasm." - A "psychology" section might be useful, but this seems terribly vague to me.
  • Removed the sources - exact references/links are one thing, but I didn't think it was normal to mention things as vague as TV/Internet/The dictionary. Mdwh 01:21, 17 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Slave and Master as a Lifestyle

[edit]

Slave and Master can also refer to people living in that lifestyle as a relationship, rather than sexual roleplaying. This ought to be mentioned, although there is already the (brief) article Master/slave_relationship. I don't know whether these should be merged, or kept separate? Mdwh 23:55, 16 November 2005 (UT

This page needs to be merged with Sadism and Masochism

[edit]

Master and Slave roleplaying is a subgroup of BDSM heavior. This page should be merged with Sadism and Masochism.
