This article doesn't tell us much about Howe's work, although it included too much trivia about her family and personal life, and repetitious lists of her awards. Tell us more about what her work is about. What are the major themes in her major works. -- Ssilvers (talk) 02:55, 22 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, please add the references that are missing in the article (where it says "citation needed"). Information that remains unreferenced must, unfortunately, be deleted. Please read these important policies: WP:V and WP:OR. Thanks! -- Ssilvers (talk) 21:02, 28 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Edits/updates, March 2017

[edit]

I'm editing and updating this article as part of Kickstarter Art/Feminist Editathon. I chose Tina Howe's article because I am very familiar with her work, and studied under her at Hunter College.

I'm also a professional editor, so did some housekeeping work in terms of spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc.

I've added citations from reputable sources for every fact that I've added or changed; I've also restructured the content slightly, to add her work before her production career to "early life," and put her literary family members in chronological order.

This is ongoing (I'm not done as of 3/12/17, 5pm) and I will continue to edit and update content, including recent major productions that are not yet listed.
