A lot of good stuff added but am a little surprised at what appears to be the off-hand style of your additions and casual interpretation of sources including personal comments being used as references. I had to check in case you were a new editor. From 1887 to 1978, it was heavily associated with a hospital on Upton Road.- Is this your interpretation of what the source says, or what the source actually does say? I have not yet changed a lot of this, or simply reverted it and suggested you redo it. Roger 8 Roger (talk) 03:36, 10 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Roger 8 Roger: With all due respect, may I ask why you're addressing Adam37 in the second person - that is, "you" and "your" (as opposed to the third person - that is, "he" and "his") here on this article's talk page, having not actually properly brought him into the discussion you want to start (which you would have done if you had pinged him, just as I have pinged you here)?
I would have thought that if you wanted to discuss things with another user directly, you would do so on their user talk page (in this case, Adam37's talk page). Or if you really, really felt that the discussion had to take place on the talk page of the article in question, you would ping that user so that they would be properly brought into the discussion (even if they then decided that, for whatever reason, they weren't going to contribute to it). If you don't do either, you might find yourself waiting a long time for them to reply (in this case, you've waited five weeks already), and it's not beyond possibility that they might never even notice that you want to discuss things with them.
Bear all this in mind in the future. :) 2A02:8084:F1BE:9180:CC9F:62B8:BCA0:E8AF (talk) 23:16, 15 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
