[edit]I moved the "wait" to this page "wait (command)". — Loadmaster 18:03, 1 March 2007 (UTC)
- Which has been subsequented renamed, so now there's Wait (this article), Wait (disambiguation) which redirects to this page, and Wait (command). — Loadmaster 22:44, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
- Leaving me wondering shouldn't it be wait (unix command)? After all, Windows doesn't have it, and like it or not most systems out there are Windows... Number774 (talk) 10:58, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
- The article treats of Unix, but with this title one could add the OpenOffice.org Basic wait command too. That's why I'm in favor of the renaming to wait (Unix), like some other commands. JackPotte (talk) 21:57, 15 May 2014 (UTC)

in computing?
[edit]"In computing, wait is "
that's an awfully general statement. Is this article about the shell command built in to certain shell's or trying to somehow be more general?
