I am sure that warlocks do run out of magic, because in the Arctic Incident, after the battle between the LEP and the goblins, one of the officers (possibly Commander Root) says that the warlock medics were out of magic and that there were no more medipacs.

I was not completely sure so I didn't change the page, but someone who is sure could change it instead (please!) :>
