How can a place in Oman be an "African protected area stub"? Oman is in Asia, not in Africa.82.141.66.133 (talk) 03:15, 28 November 2009 (UTC)
Arabian gazelles?
[edit]The article says that there are "endangered Arabian gazelles" in the Sanctuary, yet the Arabian gazelle article says this species has been extinct since 1825. So what's going on there? --Hibernian (talk) 03:55, 11 March 2009 (UTC)
- Just to put closure on this belatedly... If you read the linked article closely, you will see that the taxonomic species probably never existed, so the Arabian gazelles named here (the name is taken from the UNESCO article) are actually Mountain gazelles, and the link in this article properly points to Mountain gazelles.
