• Article is new enough and just over the limit of 1500 characters. I think even some beer lovers will not understand the phrase that the IPA was not a true IPA; this should be explained. Three of the references are just bare urls and should be improved. I will join a few of the one-paraqraph sections in a moment. --Pgallert (talk) 20:40, 25 December 2012 (UTC)

• I've clarified that the information about the IPA was from a book, by rewriting the sentence to: "In the book World's Best Beers: One Thousand Craft Brews from Cask to Glass, Ben McFarland commented that the IPA was not a true IPA, and described it as "sweet" and "plummish". • Hi Northamerica, what I mean is that a sentence like X is not a true X is meaningless if no explanation or reason is given. I could not find that reason in the sources, but as you write about beer topics, maybe you can add an explanation? --- This is a DYK issue insofar as removing the sentence as it stands would bring the article below 1500 characters.
