Converts a roman numeral to an ordinal century, so 'XIX' ⟶ '19th century'.
Usage

Parameters
[change source]|1= – a roman numeral between I and XXV
|short= – if present, emits 'c.' instead of the word 'century'. Alias: 'abbr'.
Examples

Technical
[change source]A planned expansion will permit roman numeral ranges with hyphens in param 1 , e.g., Template:Pval.
