Hi! I'm Daryl J. Thomas, but you could probably tell that from my username.

I've had three phases to my career: wet lab (biochemistry and molecular biology in signal transduction, transcriptional regulation, and neurobiology), computational (genome informatics), and product management (platforms for genome analysis and interpretation).

I've previously worked at Personalis, Qiagen (Ingenuity), Thermo Fisher / Life Technologies / Applied Biosystems, DNAnexus, Navigenics, Perlegen, Affymetrix, Sentinel Biosciences, HHMI at Stanford, and Clontech.

My formal education comes from UC Santa Cruz, UC Davis, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon, and The New Hampton School.
