Yoga originated with styles from Buddhist practices as well as some Hinduism influences. In 1990 Yoga was officially established as a mindfulness tool by Jon Kabat Zinn in America. Yoga is commonly used as a method of reducing stress. The article also breaks down the specific origins, modern take, and the practice itself.

The article's content is mostly on topic to the art of Mindful Yoga. It describes some interesting facts that someone might not know about Yoga. It also provides some interesting concepts about the true nature and philosophy about Yoga. The ideology of controlling and the importance of breathing and specific techniques the content could easily add on some more recent topics from 2020-2023. It would be interesting to see if anything has changed. When it comes to inaccurate, I do not see any that is currently off topic. When it comes to underestimated groups, this topic is not new or unheard of. I feel that it gives good representation, yet this group might not really be underrepresented.

 This article is mostly neutral because it's primarily reason is to be information about mindful Yoga. It has a great stance of being informative without biases or trying to persuade the reader. There are no claims that hinder another position on this topic. The viewpoints would be overrepresented due to the main theme being about Mindful Yoga. It does not describe about other type of mindful technique.

- Most of the facts are backed up by at least one source. The sources are mostly books, some articles or journals and it creates a board perspective. It comes with a variety of sources, which are on topic with the article. Some of the sources are older and might need to be updated. The links in the sources do not work if you click on bibliography but if you click in the article on words or links it appears.

- The writing is pretty understandable and easy to follow. The format is also very clear. concise and straightforward.

The pictures relate to the topic. It makes it easier od understand. The pictures are nice and appealing to the topic. It looks that the pictures are in standard to Wikipedia's policy.

- The comments are mostly talking about being interested in Yoga. The users would like to try it themselves. It is rated as a good research article. In Wikipedia, there is no bias but in class we have the ability to make inaccuracies.
- Overall Impression
- I really liked looking at this article due to it being related to the study for class. The article breaks down the origins, practices, and modern spin. I believe the strengths come from the neutrality and the way the information comes across. The weakness would be some of the information was made in 2004 so it could be very outdated. It would be beneficial if the topic was added on or revised for more up to date information.
