Raja Sultan Khan Chib(1740-1825)was a Dogra Rajput warrior of the Chib clan and the last independent ruler of Chibhal state who revolt against the Sikh empire of Maharaja Ranjeet Singh. he was seen as a big theat by the Maharaja Ranjeet Singh of sikh empire and He was very popular among the local people in both Azad Kashmir and jammu,and he was the descendant of Raja Shadab Khan(Dharam chand Chib).
