Scribe-X is a provider of medical scribes to hospitals and medical practices.^[1]^[2]^[3] was founded in 2013 in Porland, Oregon around the observation that outpatient clinics would benefit from a scribe service tailored to the individual goals of each healthcare provider. ^[4] .^[1]^[5]^[6]^[7] Scribe-X is headquartered in Portland, Oregon^[1]^[8].
