Don't you dare

[edit]

make light of a Wikipedian who is not well. If I could I would personally travel to Bihar, India, to root out the likes of shameless people such as you. Deep, deep, shame. Fowler&fowler«Talk» 13:03, 25 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

In any case, Indian nurses are hardly ever Hindu, let alone Hindu nationalist. Both in India and abroad they are either Christians from Kerala or Christians from northeast India. From the time of the Mauryas of Magadha, women in the Indo-Aryan speaking regions of northern India have been degraded, granted only highly circumscribed lives. Please read the Women in India article before you decide to blabber next. Fowler&fowler«Talk» 14:23, 25 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I was not making light of anything. My comment was sincere. People don't risk their jobs for small wiki-disputes. I understand that Doug is not well, other comments about specified that these might be hallucinations due to medications, I was adding to that this experience is also likely hallucinatory. I think most people who have been to hospital with serious conditions have experienced this sort of thing. Nothing to make light of here. 117.197.86.219 (talk) 14:33, 25 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
As for the nurses, that's more reason to think Doug is mistaken in his assessment. There is no reason for emancipated Christian nurses to take issue with Doug's work in the IPA area (this sentence is the one where I actually make light of anything). 117.197.86.219 (talk) 14:37, 25 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
