Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Mean as custard (talk) 07:42, 20 June 2017 (UTC)

- Hello, Abrish211, my name is Eggishorn and I'm linking you to some pages that should be able to start guiding you on your way. The first page I'd recommend you to read is the Policy on verifiability. The second page is the Help page on Finding Sources. Those should help you with what the standards here for what supports claims in articles. The last page I recommend is the content guideline on citing sources, which has information about how citations are actually added to an article. I hope these links help. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. . However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.I've blocked you for 24 hours for violating WP:3RR and edit warring by restoring disputed content to Life extension . You were warned above and ignored it. If you want to discuss this, please do. I am listening. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 07:38, 28 June 2017 (UTC)

- Also, and in response to your question, Abrish, please read Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources and Wikipedia:Verifiability to understand the standards we apply with respect to inserting links as references. Most youtube videos would not be acceptable sources (with rare exceptions such as having verifiably been published by an organisation recognised as a source of reliable information, such as well-established press organisations). Hope this helps, Samsara 10:54, 28 June 2017 (UTC)
