Hi, sorry for reverting you at Hawker Hurricane but those changes weren't really appropriate. I know it's a bit offputting if you get reverted like this.
  • We don't use "20th" for dates. See MOS:DATES. There's nothing wrong with it, I would do it myself, but "we" (most of us) decided a long time ago to do it the other way, and to do it consistently.
  • A Fairey Battle was an aircraft. So he didn't "lead them into battle", he was in "the lead Battle", the first one of these aircraft.
  • Stuff inside [[Supermarine Spitfire]] is a link to a page. So even if the spelling is a bit weird, we have to match how that page is spelled, or the link breaks. Andy Dingley (talk) 13:45, 20 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
