Welcome!
[edit]Welcome!
Hello, Arbomhard, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Tutorial
- How to edit a page and How to develop articles
- How to create your first article (using the Article Wizard if you wish)
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{help me}}
before the question. Again, welcome! Ishdarian 02:33, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
Greetings. I noticed that you made contributions to the article listed above, and I was wondering if you could be of assistance. By looking at your username, I assume that you are the subject of the article. While your edits to the article are not an issue, please become familiar with WP:COI. It's generally not a good idea to edit articcles about yourself, but you can always submit new info to the article's talk page so that another editor can insert the info for you.
The second thing I wanted to ask you was if you had any additional sources that could verify your notability. While you have authored and co-authored several books, I'm having a hard time finding any other info that can be cited in the article. Any help you could give would be greatly appriciated. If you have any info that could be of assistance, please reply here and leave a talkback template on my talk page. Cheers! Ishdarian 02:33, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you. I restored and updated the original entry. If you will check earlier versions, you can verify that this is, indeed, the case. I did not create a new article. The replacement that suddenly appeared was bordering on libel. It was both factually inaccurate and incendiary.
- As for newer publications, I would be happy to send you a list of my publications. Arbomhard (talk) 19:45, 18 September 2023 (UTC)
- A current list of my publications can also be found under my name on academia.edu. Arbomhard (talk) 19:50, 18 September 2023 (UTC)

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. Theroadislong (talk) 16:03, 10 October 2023 (UTC)

Thank you very much. I am new to this and am still learning. By the way, I use a VPN called Private Internet Access, which randomizes my IP address. With best wishes.
