I’m sorry if I’ve said this as I’m not sure how this works. The information on Simon Peter Carruthers of Holmains is accurate both genealogically and legally. His petition was analysed over 22 months and two court hearings by the Lord Lyon, on behalf of the British Monarch before in August 2019 he was confirmed Chief of the Name and Arms of Carruthers.
