The article Island of Consciousness has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. [edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Land of Opportunity Forever. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. —Snigbrook 23:38, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Femilalilly! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 7 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Joe Fab - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Joe Fab
[edit]I have reason to believe that you are Mr. Joseph Edward Fabiszewski, Jr., aka "Joe Fab", or someone associated with him. Kindly note that Wikipedia is not somewhere for you to blow your own trumpet, or otherwise mirror the autobiography you have posted on IMDB. I have removed from the biography the relevant sections which I believe are in breach of our policies. Before you edit your biography again, I would strongly suggest that you acquaint yourself with our policies and guidelines that would apply in your particular case: Wikipedia:Conflict of interest, WP:Spam, and Wikipedia:Copyright violations. Thank you for your attention. --Ohconfucius ¡digame! 09:15, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
