Nonsense of Gareth Peters

[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Gareth Peters, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Gareth Peters provides no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Gareth Peters, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Rob Hulse

[edit]

Hi there. I've reverted your edit to Rob Hulse ("and is currently regarded as the strongest player in the Football League.") for two reasons. Firstly, the citation at the end of the sentence (SUFC.co.uk) says absolutely nothing about this. Secondly, it is too vague. Please explain who regards him in this way and provide a citation. Cheers. --Jameboy (talk) 20:58, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, but you need to be very specific and provide a reliable source for this. Has he won any polls to find the best player in the Football League? Which fans do you mean - all fans or just those of Sheffield United? Are there any quotes from players, managers or pundits to back up your statement? --Jameboy (talk) 21:21, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
