Character template

Only the naming was changed for "Friend or Foe", now "role". It's not friend or foe, but their role in the story: Villain, Henchman, Bond girl, Ally or perhaps a combo of those like Jaws may be Henchman / Ally or Elektra King = Villain / Bond girl.

The appearances field I got rid of because I found it to be too confusing. The book, film, or both. It doesn't work like that. You put both for Aris Kristatos, but he wasn't in the story For Your Eyes Only, he was in Risico - Maximillian Largo wasn't in Thunderball, although he was based on a character that was in Thunderball and some were in more than one (e.g., Leter, Blofeld, M, Q, Moneypenny). I started a discussion about this at Talk:James Bond where it may be changed to "First appearance" where it may be broken down by 1st in a novel v 1st in a film. I don't know. Changes will be made.
