Some examples, in the Wu case while charges were reduced so they will not face life without parole or the death penalty, they still face over a hundred years jail time per this, though there is the possibility of parole. I also think it is fair to include a prosecutor quit because of Price's plans. For the Converse case, the defendant was a juvenile and charged as such, though Price did have to option to charge him as an adult. Price did respond to NAACP's criticisms but that is not included.
