Location flags and MMA Record History
[edit]Hi! I noticed you added locations for the fights for Kyle Kingsbury. Good job hunting up that information. One suggestion in the future, don't add flags next to locations in the record history box. This was discussed on the MMA Project talk page and helps conform to the MOS:FLAG guidelines. Thanks. --TreyGeek (talk) 04:15, 9 April 2009 (UTC)
UFC 97
[edit]Hello, I have reverted your last edit to UFC 97 because it constitutes Overlinking. Basically only one instance of a given link should exist on a page. By linking the fighters' names under the bonus section you are creating duplicate links from the results section.

Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello JoeMcKim! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 5 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 329 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:
- Mike Budnik - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
- Justin Haskins - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
- Nate Loughran - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
- Dale Hartt - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL

MMA records
[edit]Hi, I've noticed you've added a few record boxes to MMA record tables. Good work on doing that, but in the future, just to let you know, the record comes just after the Win or Loss detail.
Therefore, {{no2}/{{yes2}}, then the 1-0, 2-0 etc. Cheers. Paralympiakos (talk) 12:24, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
Hi, just a reminder about the above. Please put it AFTER the win/loss data. Thanks. Paralympiakos (talk) 14:02, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
Another unref'd BLP
[edit]Hi JoeMcKim,
I've just come across Brandon Wolff, an article you created nearly two years ago. As a biography of a living person, this article needs some references, can you provide any? Cheers, Bigger digger (talk) 00:08, 25 November 2010 (UTC)
- And I notice that some of the articles notified to you above are still unreferenced as well. You really need to find a source or two for these. Bigger digger (talk) 00:12, 25 November 2010 (UTC)
- Brandon Wolff is now referenced... Bigger digger (talk) 00:35, 25 November 2010 (UTC)
The article Iván López (fighter) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Unsourced BLP about a person who appears to be non-notable.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. TreyGeek (talk) 16:48, 13 August 2011 (UTC)

If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

[edit]Hello, I'm JayCoop. I noticed that you made a change to an article, NXT TakeOver (series), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Please note that the verifiability policy mandates that unsourced material that has been challenged, such as by a "fact" tag, or by its removal, may not be added back without a reliable, published source being cited for the content, using an inline citation. The cited source must clearly support the material as presented in the article, and the burden is on the person wishing to keep in the disputed material. So if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so, following these requirements! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.
